To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一入餐廳就好似時光倒流50年,返左去70年代嘅香港餐廳用上鐵銹窗框,印花牆紙,掛左啲鹹菜喺窗邊,仲放左一部留聲機📻牆上面嘅架放滿哂唔同嘅菲林相機,好有懷舊味道▪️店員都係台灣人,要用國語點餐▪️之前試過晚市嚟試,今次午市再嚟發覺午餐比晚餐更抵食,小菜已經跟左飯,唔洗散嗌,以灣仔地段呢個價錢唔貴!下次想試可以午市嚟試😋🍜台灣鳳梨牛肉麵 $75呢個combination台式得黎仲係第一次見湯底本身已經好濃,加埋鳳梨嘅陣陣清甜😋麵條好煙韌好似烏冬,牛肉大大舊,但係偏韌🥲🍛藍帶起司豬扒飯 $75超邪惡嘅台灣小食外層炸到脆卜卜,入面有火腿同拉哂絲嘅芝士🤤可惜豬扒帶點韌🥲☕️Mocha咖啡本身冇咩朱古力味,但表面加上朱古力醬令朱古力味好突出同有啲啲甜味
