這店在灣仔新開不久,主打精緻Fine Dining,餐廳樓底很高感覺相當舒適沒壓迫感,環境優雅燈光柔和Tasting Menu會因應時令轉換,當日有10多款菜色連甜品前菜三款由特別木盤擺放,白色的類似糖蔥餅,裡面有青蔥、芝麻及椰絲,食落微微煙韌帶點香甜,另一款多士用上意大利羊奶芝士,而入面流滿蜂蜜香甜,最後一款甘筍撻,酥脆撻底加入甘荀汁,面頭係一片片甘筍,中間係軟綿綿餡料相當美味自家製酸種麵包相當出色,外層微脆裡面軟熟,配上辣根奶油會不自覺追住食這個賣相精緻,而奶凍非常滑溜,但竟然用上鮮味青口及鹹香魚子醬,面上仲有三黃雞油炒過嘅乾蔥,味道配搭上非常夾精巧又煙韌意大利雲吞,包住意大利香腸、芝士及香菌,再倒上由雜菌煮成高湯,菇菌香氣撲鼻這款菜色用上本地三黃雞,用上麥芽糖先風乾後加入烤焗,食落雞皮薄脆裡面肉質鹹香嫩滑多汁,好鍾意呢道菜滑嫩本地馬友魚,再配上鮮甜日本北海道四國海膽, 面上係日本高山耶菜及香草油泡沫主菜係日本A3和牛,粉嫩和牛再搭配旁邊分子分別係蛋漿、蒜味、白醋洋蔥,再配上月光餅米通簡一流間場先來個雪芭,分別用藍梅、薑及提子製成,酸酸甜甜頗清新,可一洗剛才一點膩感後就食甜品了第一
