最近我同朋友去咗尖沙咀的「鳥鑫」,環境靜靜地,傾下計幾唔錯,有種好輕鬆嘅氛圍。首先上桌嘅係沙角椰菜,沙角脆脆的,加上椰菜的清香,味道非常清新,開胃岩岩好。接著嚟到味淋魚乾,魚乾味道好濃郁,咬落去有啲彈性,帶有淡淡的甜味,搭配啤酒正好,真係一流。然後係銀杏,銀杏外脆內軟,味道香甜。再嚟試試紫蘇雞胸,雞胸肉嫩滑,紫蘇的香氣令整道菜更加提味,真係好清新,完全唔膩。柚子雞柳隨即上場,雞柳外脆內嫩,柚子的清香味道帶得好好,整體口感非常豐富,令人驚喜。明太子燒豆腐係另一道不得不試的菜,豆腐燒得金黃,明太子的鹹香搭配豆腐的滑嫩,味道真係無得輸。接下來係汁燒豆腐,豆腐吸收咗汁料,味道入味,滑滑的口感真係好好食。燒牛脷方面,牛脷煮得剛剛好,肉質鮮嫩,味道濃郁,食落去真係好滿足。蘭王蛋免治雞棒就更加好味,免治雞棒外脆內嫩,再加上流心的蘭王蛋。燒雞頸又係一個好選擇,雞頸肉質彈牙,味道濃郁,搭配特製醬汁,唔會悶。然後嚟到燒雞橫膈膜,橫膈膜滑嫩,帶有啲油脂,味道香濃,真係好過癮。燒甲狀腺就更加特別,甲狀腺外脆內嫩,味道正宗,食完真係唔想停。燒青椒仔,青椒炒得火候剛好,脆口又保持住鮮味,為整個餐點增添清新感。再嚟
