秋風起,又係我呢個火鍋怪出動嘅季節🤩今次去咗間位於銅鑼灣嘅火鍋店,啱晒港島人!一坐低店員就俾咗個九宮格嘅醬料加前菜我地,等我哋慢慢食慢慢睇Menu,前菜有麻辣木耳,胡麻醬玉子豆腐同花生———————落單後我哋等咗都一段時間,一問店員原來廚房係即叫即煮個沙嗲湯底,湯底飲落絕對同坊間普通嘅沙嗲湯底唔同,有好多花生碎同好濃嘅沙嗲味,基本上用呢個湯底打邊爐豉油都慳返😝由於係和牛嘅關係,我煮到啱啱熟就食,和牛食落好林,油花好均勻,絕對可以媲美日本嘅高級和牛😝呢款魚皮又係其中一樣必叫嘅,魚皮本身已經好香脆再炒埋蛋黃,令味道十分豐富,建議唔好淥咁耐,少少熟就好食🤩水餃同坊間嘅好唔同大大粒絕對比足料,食落好重嘅牛脂味,仲有少少芝士一齊食非常之夾娃娃菜十分新鮮,廚師好細心咁將娃娃菜一開四令到食嘅時候方便啲,岩曬嘴細細既朋友

落單後我哋等咗都一段時間,一問店員原來廚房係即叫即煮個沙嗲湯底,湯底飲落絕對同坊間普通嘅沙嗲湯底唔同,有好多花生碎同好濃嘅沙嗲味,基本上用呢個湯底打邊爐豉油都慳返😝
