身為火鍋達人,香港好味嘅麻辣火鍋其實唔多,但呢間係會令我不停地推介俾朋友,所以點都要寫篇文黎讚下。首先佢有得點半份食材,所以我經常同男朋友兩個人黎食火鍋,都唔會食唔晒,仲可以點多幾樣野,而且呢度環境好乾淨,唔會食完成身火鍋味,抽風做得好好。餐前會送碗糖水,都好足料又好味。我通常會叫鴛鴦鍋,太辣的話可以食返唔辣嗰邊,上次試咗皮蛋芫荽喎,今次就是菌鍋,兩款都唔錯,但當然麻辣係我心頭好。佢經常會有唔同嘅時令食材,今次嚟有聖子同珍珠蚌,學識前者賣晒,後者非常新鮮,叫伴粉份量都幾足,口感好爽脆,唔唔會好吸油,感覺唔肥haha而我每次必嗌嘅係黃喉同鵝腸,兩樣都係啲爽爽脆脆嘅食材,雖然係內臟,但洗得好乾淨,冇怪味,唔使點調味都食唔停口。肥牛同酥肉就係男朋友嘅至愛,睇碟牛嘅花紋就知靚野,佢一個人都食咗一碟,而酥肉就係唔使淥嘅,唔脆但酥香,等食嘅時候不知不覺就會清楚一點,入邊有小小麻辣嘅調味,好似香港好少食到。再叫咗啲蔬菜萵筍寬粉蓮藕就飽曬囉,我見隔離枱食緊一人鍋,好似幾平下,等我下次都試吓先。
