翠林辣蟹以避風塘炒蟹而聞名，今次總廚特別安排，真是令人回味！主角必然是避風塘炒蟹蟹肉入口好鮮甜彈牙，加上炸蒜的香味，簡直係絕配，口感豐富！而個雞因為新鮮肉質鮮嫩可口！大排翅落足料，點會唔鮮甜！最後個清蒸魚！海斑蒸以時間啱啱好，所以係全碟食得晒！
