Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無食過咁有鑊氣的楊州炒飯及星洲炒米了，咁普通的菜式出面好多時食到的都是普普通通求求其其，你可能會講幾十蚊貨仔仲有D乜野要求woo，不過我想講呢間野收的都是$50以下(無加一)仲要有老火例湯兼跟埋餐飲，所以真係要黎試試。有相為證楊州炒飯$48，星洲炒米$49楊州炒飯好夠鑊氣又唔太油，D飯炒得夠乾身，好有飯香。炒飯的配料都幾新鮮，食佢D蝦就知，唔係千年雪蝦仁而係有彈性有蝦味的蝦。星洲炒米同樣夠鑊氣，D咖哩粉撈得好勻，食的時候唔會一啖好濃味一啖就淡而無味，配料亦非常新解，韭黃蔥段都炒得好香。將簡單的餸菜煮得好食真係一D都唔簡單，似乎大廚對自己的出品都有一定嘅要求，唔係求其午餐快靚正。

 星洲炒米同樣夠鑊氣，D咖哩粉撈得好勻，食的時候唔會一啖好濃味一啖就淡而無味，配料亦非常新解，韭黃蔥段都炒得好香。將簡單的餸菜煮得好食真係一D都唔簡單，似乎大廚對自己的出品都有一定嘅要求，唔係求其午餐快靚正。
