觀塘亞太中心的The Flame Bar & Restaurant真是不錯的選擇，尤其是食物，真的挺有水準。炭烤澳洲M4西冷烤得恰到好處，肉質嫩滑多汁，帶點炭香，配上簡單的調味就很滿足。西班牙海鮮燴飯也很出色，飯粒吸滿海鮮湯汁，蝦和蜆的鮮味十足，吃完還想再來一碗。服務員態度也不錯，笑容滿面，點單時還會耐心推薦，讓人感覺挺貼心。環境更是加分項，復古燈光搭配吊橋主題照片，空間寬敞又舒適，坐著聊天超放鬆。不過上菜速度稍微慢了點，等得有點心急。價格也不算便宜，性價比略有壓力。但整體來說，食物和氛圍都讓人印象深刻，值得一試！
