呢度開業都應該有幾年時間,間中都會幫襯,佢哋的水準穩定,座位亦夠闊落,依家仲多了一些茶餐廳款式嘅常餐,保持新鮮感。今晚叫了一個一人套餐另加一個燒味飯餐,飯可以轉河粉、瀨粉、米粉、全部都包括飲品,性格比都唔錯。燒鵝燻蹄河粉,佢哋的燒鵝食落好有炭燒果木的香味,炭燒味唔會好濃,但又可以增加味覺層次感,燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,肉汁鎖得幾好,好juicy, 燒鵝醬唔會太甜,配搭一起食都可以增加層次感。燻蹄唔會太肥,肉質有口感。叉燒燒鵝一人餐,份量上比燒味餐多大約15%,多了油菜,價格合理。佢哋叉燒都有水準,大部分都係半肥瘦,有咬口,肉質鬆軟,味道唔會太甜。
