To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好開心呀！今日又起元氣食sushi！粉嶺lee 間都係第一次去，竟然要等位啵！都可以話係粉嶺小數要等位的食店！佢新出左個「攞飛」系統，輸入埋電話的話，可以唔洗係門口等，行下街都得，因為差唔多有位會有電話通知你，唔錯！唔錯！嘻嘻，我最愛o既三文魚真係好好味！當然有食其他啦～食左八碟，突然見到隔離檯有炸蠔食，就有樣學樣叫個炸蠔sushi，仲加多個炸蝦天婦羅sushi 添！大約十分鐘，有得食啦！　熱辣辣炸蠔，好好味～最衰一大一細啦！　炸蝦都好大隻，又夠脆！兩碟價錢分別都係 $18 蚊，即係紅碟。就係想同同我一樣咁為食o既朋友仔講：唔好整係掛住食迴轉上面d sushi 呀！自己係menu 叫炸物系sushi 啦～弊，e+ 又好想食壽司啦
