朋友好中意食炸物，而我又想食日式串燒，呢間真系perfect！日式居酒屋裝修令我有去咗旅行嘅感覺。我地點咗幾樣野食，有炸年糕、黑松露火腿炸芝士，燒牛肉同燒雞翼～炸年糕外層內煙韌，又唔會太韌，口感幾好。黑松露火腿炸芝士大大粒好正，炸至金黃吸引，但無油膩感。入口香脆可口，有咸香，好惹味。燒牛肉火喉剛好唔會乾食落有肉汁同肉味。燒雞翼我鐘意食，外皮燒到微脆，而雞肉仲系滑，唔錯。仲有好多炸物串燒好想食，下次留肚嚟食多啲先！
