To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

點了一個午餐,紅酒甘筍牛尾飯,送例湯和飲品,飲品選了熱檸檬茶。例湯裏有豬骨和青紅蘿蔔等食材,湯味濃,好喝。飯送上,牛尾和甘筍很多,米飯也很多,汁帶點甜,味道不錯。另外點了一個下午茶,炸雞髀沙律,飲品點了凍檸檬茶。這炸雞髀實在值得大推,皮脆肉嫩味道好,那皮脆得吃的時候卡卡作響,更重要的是,這炸雞髀不算油膩,吃完了,碟上也沒有什麼油剩下來。沙律以薯仔為主,還有蘋果、罐頭菠蘿和木瓜等,沙律醬味道也不錯,但是沙律醬下得太多。凍檸檬茶和熱檸檬茶的茶味不太突出,比較一般。環境就比較一般,是茶餐廳的佈局。服務算是可以,剛坐下,就有侍應走到桌旁準備為我們下單,食物也很快送上。
