自少愛吃香口食物的我早前到了日月星按此重溫朝聖炸雞脾後,心底裡對它的慾望從無減退,得知荃灣竟開了三多炸肶當然要去朝聖一番啦! 差不多夜晚十才到人不多,店家裝上很可愛的雞脾投射,未行到店遠遠也見到。 食物都唔係獨孤一味係雞脾,另有雞翼,炸丸,涼拌雞腎,豬雞扒包及多士,連沙律,腸粉及沙嗲撈麵都有供應。 原來仲有套餐供應,炸雞脾+爆檸$48有交易,散叫要$56架! 飲品款式都不少除了較普遍的黑牛和金牛外,仲有爆檸同柯檸,及藍天和紅莓意大利梳打。 落單後即時落鑊炸,所以要等10多分鐘㗎,心急人要留意吓喇! 好喜歡膠袋上的語句,我冇罪呀哈哈哈!! 炸脾上粉炸至金黃香脆,再灑上小辣度的辣粉,(同車爸爸分享)一定要小辣啦! 炸雞脾外皮好酥脆,可惜邊位較硬,而辣粉的份量太多,尤其中心位置多到帶了苦味!但內裡的雞肉嫩滑多汁都算可口呢!!
