To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想去別府吃拉麵,可是晚市要等位…我懶啊…行遠一點點路去皇室堡…我多年沒去…好像…以前…是很閣很浪費空間(回憶中不怎麼肯定)…現在是個正常的商場本來想叫定食,可是侍應說等比較久嗯…我肚子餓叫別的 XD只有泡菜味 XD嗯…難怪主推是蕃茄烏冬也不奇,我一向吃烏冬都是這樣,很奇怪日本拉麵湯底很濃很有口感,但烏冬的湯多半都是淡的的確拉麵會比烏冬更吸味,但我在家裡試過把烏冬用味噌來煮湯烏冬也不差啊(但只是用味噌也煮不到店的口感,特別是辣味)不過這店的烏冬很滑烏冬先生應該沒那麼人氣吧…烏冬店被壽司先生佔據了啊不過烏冬也好配冷食烏冬做冷麵是最棒的,不過我通常都叫湯,因為我想試湯底,除非有特別的醬(在日式超市買個烏冬和醬油也很簡單嘛)這個有趣!入口有淡淡的玫瑰花香的汽水
