To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從富臨出咗冬瓜盅周不時都會去食,雖然而家無咗28蚊嘅優惠,不過以佢嘅分量就算正價都抵食嘅。一坐低就即刻叫定個冬瓜盅,聽經理講而家每日做3-4個噶咋,如果真係為冬瓜盅而去記得唔好太晏。個經理好好,可能我問咗幾次冬瓜盅,當佢聽到冬瓜盅得返一個嘅時候即刻走過嚟問我落咗單未🤣🤣我哋就叫咗個孖寶,冬瓜盅加生炒骨$228,另外加個做緊優惠嘅片皮鴨$18,加2碗白飯夠曬2個人食。因為未齊人,佢唔幫嘅蓋住,但係隔住個蓋都聞到啲生炒骨嘅香味,就算隔咗一陣先食都仲脆,唔會腍曬。片皮鴨都唔錯,2個人食咧個分量同咧個價錢都ok噶喇。我個人中意無咁肥,唔會一咬落去成口油嘅皮,所以咧個肥瘦程度啱曬我。不過佢啲餅皮有啲部分有少少乾,唔知係唔係因為放咗一陣嘅關係,但整體嚟講幾好食。至於個冬瓜盅我就覺得無咩挑剔,味道適中,唔會太鹹太淡,都算多料同多肉,淨係個盅加2碗飯可能都夠食~ 可惜夏天差唔多完,又要等多年先有冬瓜盅食luu
