To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由上兩個星期開始已經好想食香蕉高力豆沙,原本想同男朋友去香港仔天龍樓,但係佢之前都係得晚市先有,而家疫情六點後冇飯食,都唔知道佢會唔會午市有供應高力豆沙,所以直接嚟咗試豫園,一開頭以為係 Michelin有星,在細睇,原來係推介哈哈😂但係見其他嘅食評都好好,貴少少都好,為咗高力豆沙,我地嚟左呢度食🥲🥲前一晚喺OpenRice度book左位,今朝打去問清楚Menu係咪有高力豆沙嘅時候,聽電話嘅staff態度都好好,解釋咗,再即時同我確認booking,之後因為我遲到,都打電話去改時間,令一個聽電話嘅態度都好好,就同我講緊要😂 所以話呢,食肆聽電話嗰個真係好緊要,印象分加晒!🤗🤗 一出𨋢,門面係靚嘅,地方都好企理乾淨,星期一AL都係想舒舒服服食餐飯嘆下。訂枱嘅時候我冇要求坐海景位,應該係預先訂咗經理都會安排海景,又或者因為我食得比較晏所以安排到,anyway,如果大家嚟想坐海景位,安全起見,都係預先清楚要求好啲好啲。我個人就外貌協會會員黎嘅😂,就係因為佢呢個酸蘿蔔有塊檸檬係上面,我就對佢多咗份期待,而事實又真係冇令我失望,蘿蔔脆口冇渣,酸同糖嘅recipe 比例好好,又唔會令喉嚨唔舒服,有

價錢屬於正常,但佢嘅質素我會覺得係 above average,摺法正宗,皮薄餡靚,皮薄得黎又唔會好容易夾爛小籠包,入面嘅湯有足足一湯匙,呢兩點已經睇得出返呢隻小籠包嘅師傅功力係好好🙌🏻

上海炒年糕
重點就當然係年糕本身嘅煙韌度同米香🤭平時食飯我食唔到一碟,但好食嘅炒年糕我可以食到一碟半😂😂

呢度嘅年糕係真係好好食,好高質,米香好香,都好夠煙韌,口感非常好!我真係好鍾意呢個質感!🥲🥲

但我覺得可以做得更好嘅地方係醬料同年糕未夠融為一體,有少少分離嘅感覺,而且我食嘅時候見到有草菇我都覺得有少少奇怪,點解唔係用冬菇?定係我食開嘅唔夠正宗?呢個我真係唔知道😂

四川擔擔麵
我覺得唔錯,但對我來講未係必食,因為我心目中最好食嘅擔擔麵都係細個去鑽石山食詠藜園嘅味道。不過我欣賞佢呢度嘅湯底香濃得來唔會死咸,但肉碎我覺得可以稍為加強香度同辣度,會更惹味。
