To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我對於食「皮」依樣野有情意結,細個淨係中意食雞皮、燒鵝皮、燒肉皮.....無皮不歡。所以有片皮鴨依件事實在係太偉大!🤣片皮癮起,逼我朋友陪我食,因為食完去維園既關係,上openrice搵左依間係灣仔既北京老家又有得book就決定試下。我地去到,好多一家人提早食團年飯,我地問侍應叫片皮鴨要等幾耐,因為上次食美中鴨子等左成個中。佢話今日多人叫師傅會keep住整,唔使等太耐,十分鐘左右。我地兩個人叫左半隻同埋蒜泥茄子、韭菜餃。蒜泥茄子唔錯,除左蒜蓉之外仲有好似麻醬 x 花生醬。份量唔算多因為只係前菜。之後片皮鴨好快到左!好開心!份量比我預期中多,因為一般叫半隻都好少(一個人都食得晒果隻)而且佢皮肉分配適中,唔會話有d切完得返舊肉,每舊都有皮cover的。不過個皮就差少少、首先唔算好熱,其次有d粉咁既野(我估係為左唔好痴住d皮一齊,因為佢係無好似其他鋪頭咁有一張張紙隔住)係幾好食,d皮充滿油份,不過明顯唔係即整即切,有少少涷左,今日咁既日子就算佢啦。最後個餃子味道就真係好普通,其實北京既餃子有個問題係佢唔跟湯上,一涷左乾左d皮就變得好厚好難食。不過我係為左片皮鴨而黎,暫時滿足左我既片皮癮先。
