To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 打齊兩針嘅人士,夜晚六點後可以免費入工展會😆收工過去岩岩好~行左個零鐘又攰又肚餓,近近地走咗去皇室堡搵嘢食😛見到好耐無見既廿味,二話不說拉著友人衝過去。星期1既晚上,估唔到成八點鐘都仲有咁多人等位,最後等咗差唔多半個鐘先有位。牛舌泡菜鍋燒讚岐手打烏冬 ($74)有5大塊牛舌,唔厚唔薄,而且燉得十分軟淋,烏冬彈牙,泡菜爽口,湯底比想像中香濃,食得好舒服。我連湯都飲晒~咖哩吉列豬扒蛋包飯 ($75)朋友想食飯,所以嗌左呢個。但呢個反而一般,吉列皮太厚,豬扒有d硬,個蛋無味,好在咖哩夠香,薯角亦炸得香脆。總體黎講不過不失既。另外加左$10要個味噌湯同沙律。小食放面,要左唐場墨魚咀,好似30幾蚊。呢個好食,香脆可口夠熱氣🤣唯一要改善嘅地方都係炸皮太厚既問題。總結:烏冬專門店都係食返烏冬啦😆

有5大塊牛舌,唔厚唔薄,而且燉得十分軟淋,烏冬彈牙,泡菜爽口,湯底比想像中香濃,食得好舒服。我連湯都飲晒~

朋友想食飯,所以嗌左呢個。但呢個反而一般,吉列皮太厚,豬扒有d硬,個蛋無味,好在咖哩夠香,薯角亦炸得香脆。總體黎講不過不失既。另外加左$10要個味噌湯同沙律。
