To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇戲前最好係附近食,在銅鑼灣黎講,甘味價錢親民,又坐得舒服,真係不二之選。店內寬敞,仲有卡位。黃燈加上木色裝修很有日本的感覺。雞軟骨餃子棒($34),皮面煎得酥酥的,軟骨肉餡脆脆的,很不錯。雜錦鍋燒讚岐手打烏冬($72)材料十分豐富,有炸蝦、三文魚、蟹柳、雞扒、叉燒、獅子狗、冬菇、甜豆、椰菜、西蘭花、蘿蔔絲、温泉蛋,咩都有,有選擇困難症的朋友可以揀呢個,湯底清甜,烏冬又十分彈牙。梅子燒原條魷魚($70)燒得幾香,魷魚有嚼勁,配梅子食味道幾特別。薄切肥牛番茄湯讚岐手打烏冬 ($62),蕃茄湯底濃郁,有家的感覺。日式煎餃子 ($35)都係每次必食。
