同一幢大廈,之前曾經到過「樂」,所以一直想去樓上的「吟」試一下。前一晚特意打電話訂吧檯位置,不過到達後店方卻查不到訂檯紀錄,似乎我們是打錯電話訂了別的地方,這種明明想的是A,卻打了給B的情況,偶有發生,想想還真是烏龍透頂,慶幸的是店方還有位子,可惜的是吧檯位已經滿座。店內裝潢善用竹、木和石材,整個空間開揚透光,而且很有和味。不過,檯與檯之間的距離貼得很近,雖然有通透的屏風相隔,隣座的談話內容聽得一清二楚,有點不太明白朋友J君為何常常帶客人來吃飯談生意。午市有十二款供客人選擇,這兒的價位比樓下的樂稍高,因而令人期待它有更高的水準。點餐後,最先來的是沙律,七彩繽紛的食材,每種入口都非常爽脆,其中表面淋了啡色醬汁的,一度令人以為是瑤柱絲,要不是看見那小小的圓頂,還真的不為意那是金菇。吃的時候建議還是先拌一下,不然味道會偏鹹。前菜角切是一種巧妙消滅隔夜食材的方法,店方除了用上魷魚、白身和赤身,還加入了螺肉,可惜螺肉帶腥,就連麻醬和芥末也蓋不住那味道,成了一大敗筆。男友點了寿司盛り合わせ9貫($368),因為遠離吧檯,壽司分了兩次,都是整盤端過來,在味道的呈現上肯定有差。第一盤用的食材是油甘配蘿
