中秋節過,係時候開啟補身的儀式🥰🥰要補身當然要吃羊肉料理,主打成吉思汗烤肉的燒肉店羊蹄山選材自澳洲/威爾斯/紐西蘭/西班牙的羊肉-烘型鐵鑊鋪滿來自日本淡路島洋蔥羊肉本身已經好食,而燒肉時肉汁會流向洋蔥,洋蔥吸收晒所有肉汁精華,到最後洋蔥甚至更勝羊肉本身。-十分推薦三個部位,分別是羊頸,羊腩肉及上肩肉羊頸以肉和脂肪都均勻見稱,味道較淡少少,但肉汁多,燒至大概5至7成熟就已經好好食。-羊腩肉事前師傅已經去除多餘脂肪,燒至外脆內嫰,沒有強烈的羊羶味,食落焦香酥脆羊味濃郁。另外上肩肉 也是十分推薦之選,肉質淋身少少,燒過後肉質嫩化,肉質入味而且滿滿油脂香。入口全是濃厚又軟滑的口感。-除了燒羊肉,也十分大推其他Side Dishes,例如羊肉湯,4份1隻羊煲足30個鐘,奶白色的湯頭用白蘿蔔來配搭羊肉煲湯,補而不燥。-慢煮磯邊鮑魚配鮑魚肝醬鮑魚肉質鮮嫩彈牙, 鮑魚肝醬更能帶出鮑魚的鮮味--羊肉餃子都是自家製,也不是用來貨免冶羊肉做成,入口食落食到粒粒芹菜和蓮藕,香口好食。-最後更想特別推薦北海道咖喱飯,這裡的咖喱飯香料味會更重,特別適合喜歡重口味的人呢~
