To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老婆一向鍾意食甜品，今次又比佢發現新大陸。間野吾難搵，就係傲雲峰隔離。間鋪空間吾大，台亦刻意改窄，可能因為咁座位顯得大張。我好想試佢個海鮮煲仔飯，可惜lunch時段無，所以乖乖食個set lunch。我食喇沙海鮮意粉，老婆食鰻魚炒蛋（溫泉旦賣曬）飯。老實講，個飯同粉吾係一流既味道，海鮮意粉個蝦仲有d咸；饅魚吾腥、汁吾咸，少甜，吾重味，炒旦吾過火，個餐有湯有熱飲收$80多，性價高。不過佢最好食既都係個卷旦，食過好難再對其他卷旦有興趣。餐牌有6-7款吾同味，其中一款叫每日精選，姐係每日吾同款，但職員話每日只出三款。老婆叫左個每日精選，今日精選係玫瑰花芋泥，但最後因為職員mistakes而無得食，唯有退而其次食伯爵茶味，食落堅正，旦糕軟綿綿、無雪氣、有茶香但吾會太濃，亦吾太甜，cream滑得黎吾黏口…..我食左四份一，其餘被老婆ko之餘仲吾夠喉，再叫多個蝶豆花草莓味，我反覺得呢個合我心意，蝶豆花本身無咩味，但配埋中間果個草莓cream就多左酸酸甜甜同清新感，而佢個cream真係打得滑而不膩。亦因為職員既mistake，多送左個細杯焦糖燉蛋布甸，果個都味道一流，不過因為吾係重點所以吾比評。兩個
