呢晚放工出咗中環搵朋友食飯,佢話帶我去食一間性價比高西餐廳「Cuisine Culture 」。無佢帶路我真係未必識嚟😳,不過位置其實喺正中環核心地帶,方便之極。第一眼望到餐廳唔知點解覺得好有聖誕氣氛🎄,哈哈。餐廳環境簡簡單單,幾舒服,燈光偏昏暗,感覺令人放鬆,特別係忙碌返完工一日嘛。男店員全程都勁友善、超好人,服務到位👍。廚師亦重視客人嘅意見,會主動問下啱唔啱食等。個人認為咁樣比較踏實,力求進步,與客人真誠交流,好過一味吹噓自己有幾勁😅。餐廳得單點餐牌,無套餐,Openrice訂台有75折優惠⭐️,千奇唔好錯過!前菜、沙律、主菜、意粉同甜品都各有幾款選擇;另外亦有Drinks Menu。焗古也芝士洋蔥湯Gratinee French Onion Soup Toast & Gruyere Cheese($68),我哋一人點咗一客湯。洋蔥湯比較少飲,原來都幾啱我口味🤤。洋蔥絲份量多之外,焗芝士🧀亦係另一賣點。一般飲嘅湯好少會落芝士,但原來加咗係咁正;由於湯夠熱,所以芝士一直保持拉絲狀態。同時,🍞塊多士一開始就已經放咗喺湯入面,口感較濕較淋,食法幾特別。洋蔥湯比較濃稠,湯水較少,師傅解釋正宗
