To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢晚放工出咗中環搵朋友食飯,佢話帶我去食一間性價比高西餐廳「Cuisine Culture 」。無佢帶路我真係未必識嚟😳,不過位置其實喺正中環核心地帶,方便之極。第一眼望到餐廳唔知點解覺得好有聖誕氣氛🎄,哈哈。餐廳環境簡簡單單,幾舒服,燈光偏昏暗,感覺令人放鬆,特別係忙碌返完工一日嘛。男店員全程都勁友善、超好人,服務到位👍。廚師亦重視客人嘅意見,會主動問下啱唔啱食等。個人認為咁樣比較踏實,力求進步,與客人真誠交流,好過一味吹噓自己有幾勁😅。餐廳得單點餐牌,無套餐,Openrice訂台有75折優惠⭐️,千奇唔好錯過!前菜、沙律、主菜、意粉同甜品都各有幾款選擇;另外亦有Drinks Menu。焗古也芝士洋蔥湯Gratinee French Onion Soup Toast & Gruyere Cheese($68),我哋一人點咗一客湯。洋蔥湯比較少飲,原來都幾啱我口味🤤。洋蔥絲份量多之外,焗芝士🧀亦係另一賣點。一般飲嘅湯好少會落芝士,但原來加咗係咁正;由於湯夠熱,所以芝士一直保持拉絲狀態。同時,🍞塊多士一開始就已經放咗喺湯入面,口感較濕較淋,食法幾特別。洋蔥湯比較濃稠,湯水較少,師傅解釋正宗

法式焗蝸牛Baked Snails with Garlic & Herbs in French Style($99),焗田螺係其中一樣我好鍾意食嘅小食,呢度有得嗌我當然唔會錯過。🐚六隻田螺整齊排好,每隻下低有少少薯蓉墊底。整體味道幾好,伴上蒜蓉香草🌿一齊食,頗惹味的;但未算太驚艷突出。

主角🐷🦴豬肋骨分開一條條咁上,仲疊得幾美觀,肉質唔柴,但未稱得上「骨肉分離」。不過重中之中係個醬汁,🍯🍋蜜糖檸檬芥末畀人一種幸福嘅感覺,因為甜甜哋,但又唔會太膩;加埋芥末籽就多一份刺激嘅滋味😋。

海鮮墨魚意粉Seafood with Black Ink Spaghetti($168),🍝睇餐牌嘅時候我誤會咗係墨汁撈意粉,原來係用墨汁嚟造意粉,並非醬汁;咁仲好啦,唔駛食到變烏嘴狗🙈。菜式有少少似湯意粉,用上海鮮湯做底,濃度拿捏得好好,唔會太鹹或太淡,恰到好處。

墨汁意粉隻色烏卒卒🦑🖤,但係唔會甩色的,口感彈牙兼有嚼勁。至於海鮮方面,有蝦🦐、帶子同青口,唔會失禮。可能由於意粉好好食嘅關係,我覺得份量爭少少,意粉多啲會更佳。

薄餅新鮮整起熱辣辣,餅皮厚薄適中,邊皮有煎過嘅香氣。🍌香蕉同🍫朱古力配合得好好,兩者都唔會過甜,面頭再搭多球曲奇雪糕🍨,好好食!我食下食下差唔多成份食哂。

House Wine買一送一,我哋要咗紅酒🍷($78),勁抵!其實我對酒就無乜研究,但身邊朋友話House嚟講算好唔錯,起碼斟咗成個鐘都無走味。佢同店員言談間講起枝酒係出自法國🇫🇷,所以比起南美或其他地方好。

題外話,餐廳嘅午餐好抵😍,價錢唔貴得過旺角深水埗幾多,款式仲會每星期轉換。中環打工仔福音,好過餐餐食快餐。

總括嚟講,佢係一間無得彈嘅中環樓上西餐廳🍽。各方面都好平均,令人滿意,加上店員服務好好,成個用餐過程好舒服,餐廳值得推介💯!
