To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

東南亞美食我最愛既係喇沙麵，其實有啲慕名而來，可惜太失望啦。用米線配搭米粉，怪怪的，個湯底無鮮味，小小嘅蝦味道都無，得椰香味道，而且好油，連即食喇沙麵既湯底都比依到既好食。其他海鮮配料都好差，魚片無味，元貝雖然好大粒，口感似係擦子膠，蟹樓最正常。最後兄食咗三份一。我曾經喺星加坡食過地道嘅喇沙面，呢度嘅係咪正宗我唔知道，但係肯定可以講絕對唔係一碗喇沙麵。午餐無肉骨茶選擇，只好散叫再加一個白飯，個肉骨茶香味好夠，飲到有藥材味，但係🐯話豬骨肉都係冇味道。中午時間的確有好多人，但係我哋啱啱嚟到嘅時候未到高峰期，餐廳入邊仲有好多空位，但係個侍應姐姐好不滿我哋兩個人坐四人枱，其實我哋唔介意搭枱，可唔可以禮貌少少同我地講。

午餐無肉骨茶選擇，只好散叫再加一個白飯，個肉骨茶香味好夠，飲到有藥材味，但係🐯話豬骨肉都係冇味道。
