芝士紅燒牛肉麵,湯底較清、偏甜,帶少許紅油,牛肉有點似清湯牛腩,拉麵彈牙,麵的份量唔算細,不過芝士流左少少,純粹綽頭,放湯後冇乜味,算不上紅燒的味道,當佢係fusion菜都ok嘅,不過不失啦。吊龍扒配黑椒汁,塊肉非常薄,而且好細塊,同餐牌相差太遠😡👎🏻,個人覺得應該叫”吊龍肉飯”,不能叫做”扒”,睇對筷子夾起塊肉的厚度就知啦,薄到不足5mm,只係比打邊爐的肥牛厚少少,正正因為薄,即係快熟,所以overcooked,好鞋好靭👎🏻,其實肉質本身唔錯,有正常牛味、牛脂味,可惜煮得差、太老,浪費左片牛👎🏻。個白飯太濕,一pat pat,配上少少黑椒汁,好似食緊隔夜冷飯,超難食🤢。加$9可配唐生菜,反而個白灼菜唔錯,因為菜嫩,輕輕點甜豉油已好好食。餐飲點左烏梅汁同菊花桂圓茶,好好彩,我哋雖然係第一枱客人,但亦都係最後一支烏梅汁,足料夠味,又唔太甜。菊花冰係限量供應的,環顧四周,除左我哋兩個,就只有之後兩枱有,只有12份,送完即止,菊花水味道好重,配上大菜糕,清一清囗入面的牛味,但味道偏甜。午市套餐第二份半價,埋單一舊水都唔駛,好平,但呢個食物同服務質素,不會有下次😡。
