同朋友好耐冇出銅鑼灣喇搵下有咩好食之際,無意中發現呢度因為第一次黎,諗緊食咩時店員都好細心咁行黎同我地推介食物聽完介紹都已經急不及待HAM, BURRATA WITH SEASONAL FRUITS採用左24個月Parma Ham ,配上時令生果, 當日係柿同蜜瓜, 兩款水果都好甜,搭配埋Burrata Cheese既香濃醇香,加上開心果碎,所有野加埋一齊食好夾TUNA TARTARE牛油果打成蓉, 整到好似一球雪糕咁,口感食落非常creamy吞拿魚粒用左余均益牌既辣椒醬去調味味道非常香, 搭配埋口感鬆脆既紫菜脆片同炸米片一齊食,賣相精緻之餘,味道亦十分出色係一道好開胃既前菜CRISPY SHORT RIB牛小排外層燒到好焦香但切開後入面肉非常嫰同埋juicy搭配埋紅酒山楂汁,青醬完全帶出牛肉既香而墊底既薯蓉充滿牛油香令人不自覺一啖一啖咁清碟DRUNKEN CRAB PASTA用上雪蟹,搭配紹興酒,雞油既墨汁意粉侍應一放底後已經聞到好香好濃既紹興酒香意粉軟硬度適中, 索哂雞油同酒香,而且蟹肉嘅份量都非常多,每撮都食到一絲絲既蟹肉係近年食過最有驚喜既一道意粉SALT BABETanger

都算係近黎食過好高質既餐廳了
環境坐到舒服
每上一道菜都有店員同我地講野返食材同食法, 而每道菜出到黎都好有驚喜
而且環境舒服, 店員有禮
要bookmark呢度下次再黎食先
