初初bakehouse開喺灣仔時,名氣真係好大,每次想撞彩睇吓可唔可以買到一兩件,都係要大排長龍,根本上冇一兩個鐘根本買唔到嘢!可能因為老闆個名氣太大,人人都想試吓佢嘅手勢,幾乎淪陷!之前要買蛋撻,都要較正佢哋出爐嘅去排隊先買到,真係好好味!之後bakehouse開始開咗好多分店,令到大家唔需要再排長龍!不過中環呢間初初都排到好誇張,中午基本上都要等20分鐘!但係我哋大概掌握到蛋撻出爐嘅時間,要買到蛋撻就比較容易!推薦:Sourdough Egg Tart ($12): 如果遇正啱啱出爐,熱辣辣,個皮係酥脆可口,而個蛋心係有濃郁嘅蛋香,兩個加埋真係絕配!每次見到都會買多幾個!佢嘅裝修都係好吸引,但係可能因為名氣大咗,我覺得質素有少少下降,至少而家蛋撻其實都係整好晒擺喺度,已經冇咗啱啱出爐,熱辣辣個種感覺!整體而言佢嘅質素依然保持到,但係就唔再係我哋當初食開嗰種小店嘅感覺!味道:🌼🌼🌼🌼服務:🌼🌼🌼環境:🌼🌼🌼抵食:🌼🌼🌼

之後bakehouse開始開咗好多分店,令到大家唔需要再排長龍!不過中環呢間初初都排到好誇張,中午基本上都要等20分鐘!但係我哋大概掌握到蛋撻出爐嘅時間,要買到蛋撻就比較容易!
