周末到中環吃餃子,下午茶時段,其實是遲吃的午餐。喜歡餃掂的煎餃香口但不油膩,灼餃子的老火湯底夠鮮甜。灼餃子配狀元九鼎湯是招牌菜,必點。招牌老火湯很夠火候十足,又沒有味精。湯料有粉葛、 香山活鰂魚、順德鯪魚球、紅蘿蔔、扁豆、赤小豆、新會陳皮、蜜棗、鮮排骨等。湯頭甘甜,滋陰生津,增進食慾。龍鳳松茸雙灼餃,配狀元九鼎湯$86~咬開流出熱烘烘的肉汁,渗出松露香,十分美味韭菜豬肉餃 中碗(湯另上) $43~薄皮下看到青青綠綠,韮菜很香。芫茜豬肉餃(中碗) 煎餃 $50~外皮香脆,煎得乾身不油膩,豬肉腍滑多汁,豬肉配芫茜,齒頰留香。回味手拍青瓜$25~酸酸辣辣很醒胃。惹味唐伴豆筋 $32 ~唐香味很濃郁,伴餃子吃,清新解膩。龍鳳蛋 $18/只~溏心蛋切開蘸了黑白松露醬,很美味。醬汁有醬油和陳醋外,我喜歡原汁原味,輕點些陳醋已很美味,嗜辣的可加四川辣椒醬、菜脯辣椒醬。
