To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近排去開油麻地，發現一間專食牛腩同魚蛋嘅店舖 "田記"，用上優質食材，喜歡魚蛋牛腩嘅我哋，當然要入去品嚐下啦！店內主打手打魚蛋及崩沙腩，係香港有自設廠房生產、製造，真材實料，無添加防腐劑，食得安全又放心。睇睇餐牌先，選擇都幾多 : 牛魔王、金牌牛腩、牛三寶、招牌魚蛋、秘製牛雜等等，仲有牛嘅其他部位揀，都好款式。崩沙牛腩米粉    $62崩沙腩口感真的與別不同，果然珍品！崩沙腩入口已經覺得好有膠質，軟腍不韌但有咬口，煙韌彈牙，肉質肥瘦適中，食落好嫩滑多汁，米粉入口滑嘟嘟，白蘿蔔好入味，吸收濃郁嘅湯底，依碗特別美味。淨鮮蝦雲吞    $40雲吞都幾大粒，蝦肉爽口，混合豬肉，彈牙且豐滿嘅肉質味道同時散發出來，而湯底明顯係用大地魚煲，清甜好飲。淨魚三寶    $45三寶包括有魚蛋、魚片頭同埋魚皮餃，手打魚蛋肉質鮮嫩，咬落去好彈牙爽口，魚片頭外皮香口，魚肉味香濃，魚皮餃餡料足，鹹香味特出，加上湯底清甜，一碗有齊三樣，好滿足！
