To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日小妹同豬去咗呢間位於佐敦既傳統老字號餐館，食廣式煲仔飯及小菜😝 裝潢好靚，周圍亦掛滿不少壁畫，餐廳🍴樓分兩層，帶有中式古色古香感覺😍 座位寬闊，空間感十足且非常乾淨😙菊花茶🫖 🌼飯蕉煲仔飯最好配搭就係菊花茶，食完順便下下火😝排骨臘腸煲仔飯🐖🥘一上枱職員會用匙羹整個煲，手力控制得不錯，呢個煲仔飯有不少飯焦，非常香脆可口，口感卜卜脆😚連蔥花、芫茜及豉油配搭一流，非常香噴噴😌排骨唔肥唔瘦，臘腸切片，份量不少🥰黃金蝦🦐擺盤好靚😍每粒蝦黃金色澤，炸至金黃色非常香可，嫩滑多汁，蝦🦐非常鮮味😛 表面沾滿香濃鹹蛋黃~~金沙，蝦肉爽口彈牙，非常惹味。瑤柱蝦米雜菜煲🥬🍲鮮味十足，非常足料🌝 瑤柱及蝦米🦐好鮮甜，且用咗不同菜類🥗組合而成，味道👅好有口感，不同菜類吸收🧽哂精華，非常解膩又好味😋整體餐廳環境舒服😌 職員服務態度不錯👍🏻 價錢合宜，值得推介😎 仲有外賣🥡材料+煲仔可以買😆變成自家製煲仔飯😝
