Hong Kong Style Fast Food Salt & Sugar Reduction Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩個人，一個咖哩牛腩，一個鋸扒。咖哩牛腩飯號稱皇牌，但那碗用來撈汁的，甚至比牛腩更重要的白飯也煮不好，腍啤啤沒有口感，撈埋咖哩汁更加難食。牛腩牛筋是ok的，咖哩汁則鹹咗少少，香味和辣度都唔夠（不過我無叫加辣所以唔係佢錯）。鐵板雜扒今次算ok，雖然鐵板永遠燒唔熱，從來都唔會有淋汁落鐵板時的滋滋聲，但吃進口至少還夠熱夠腍夠味，不敢要求太多。附上的番茄飯是雞肋，同樣腍啤啤。餐飲咖啡好飲。大快活是少數現在還可以幫襯的連鎖快餐店，愛之深責之切，希望下次有改進。
