To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係一條寧靜的街道上，大部分店舖已經關門，唯獨有一間日式拉麵仍然營業。宜間拉麵店細細間，坐滿人。基本上有五款拉麵，你可以揀麵既粗幼同份量。我叫了招牌熊拉麵，個人口味方面揀了師傅推介，麵底則要了1.5mm 中幼麵。宜款拉麵豬骨湯底夠晒濃，好好味。另一款是黑熊拉麵（中幼麵），宜款比招牌熊拉麵咸，但個人較喜歡宜款拉麵。 由於太好食同肚餓既關係，加了13蚊要多個麵底，麵底選了幼麵。試左中幼麵同幼麵，個人覺得中幼麵口感比較好。
