今晚同老婆兩人撐枱腳,搵左灣仔一間食法國菜,入到店就見到好多紅酒白酒任你揀,裝備也很有歐洲風情,坐得舒服,各樣嘢都齊齊整整👍🏻。頭盤先來個牛骨髓跟奶油攪勻加上芝麻再配多士,做法幾特別,而且效果幾好,味濃郁👍🏻。再來有豬肋條用上BBQ醬料,豬肋條啖啖肉,肥瘦適中,好惹味😋。法式做法的雞卷配雞湯煮的飯超正,先起晒黑雞骨,再加入多種香料,旁邊放有黑雞肝醬撈雞湯飯,真係太有心機的一道菜式,雞卷真係好好味🤭👏🏻👏🏻。到今晚的主角出場啦!30 Days Dry Aged 來自”44 Farms”,賣相好靚,先由邊位食起,皮會有點硬及脆,再食入去肉質嫩,牛味重,加上有脂肪,口感好豐富🤭,旁邊配有非常誘惑的薯蓉(好幼滑)同牛一齊食又好正👏🏻👏🏻。最後來到甜品(tiramisu),這個甜品的朱古力係抽真空去制成,食落好似好輕,但朱古力味好濃,好特別,第一次食這種質感👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻好味。感覺廚師真係落左好多心機去做每一個菜式,真心佩服👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。正🙂
