To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一個月都會食幾次魚一,不過最近減少了,係因為用餐嘅體驗越嚟越差,質素越嚟越下降,諗住都係人有失手,所以都有俾機會佢講返正題,其實佢啲刺身都正正常常,如果想食刺身嘅朋友,都不妨一試,但係講到「熟食」就真係唔得🚫牛油果軟殼蟹卷:個牛油果係見到起黑邊,軟殼蟹係林嘅,唔脆,而且等上菜都等咗20分鐘蒸蛋:佢味道真係唔係話特別好食嘅蒸水蛋,蒸蛋相對地杰身,無蛋香味,最重要係佢唔熱。。只不過氣溫燒雞翼及西京燒:兩個擺埋一齊寫,係因為佢燒得一啲都唔乾身,鍾意食燒物嘅朋友,真係可以skip咗呢一間唔知點解熟食廚房部咁出事,搞到我朋友都唔想再俾機會佢食。。

講返正題,其實佢啲刺身都正正常常,如果想食刺身嘅朋友,都不妨一試,但係講到「熟食」就真係唔得🚫

牛油果軟殼蟹卷:
個牛油果係見到起黑邊,軟殼蟹係林嘅,唔脆,而且等上菜都等咗20分鐘

佢味道真係唔係話特別好食嘅蒸水蛋,蒸蛋相對地杰身,無蛋香味,最重要係佢唔熱。。只不過氣溫
