To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雞肉未算很滑但絕對不嚡,比預期中有雞味。辣醬加上芝麻和花生碎,更香口,偶爾吃到少少脆,口感更豐富。

青瓜幾入味,沒有麻,只有辣,說是酸辣會更貼切。爽脆,清新。幾大份,比常見的手拍青瓜份量大得多。

椒拌松花蛋
雙色皮蛋,看起來不見溏心。不甜,勝在香。醃入辣味,皮蛋香在辣味之後出現,在口裡餘韻頗長。不過,黃金皮蛋麻麻,中間硬得似全熟的鹹蛋黃,沒有香味可言。

解放碑雙椒蒸魚頭
邊吃邊等,見到店頭捧著一大隻碟,開始興奮,是我最愛的魚頭,每次吃湘菜必點。辣椒剁碎,鋪成鮮紅的一邊味道較十清,魚味較鮮。青椒做成醬椒的一邊則帶酸,開胃又入味。

魚頭蒸得可以,肉不嚡。雖然份量不大,肉不多,魚頭中間的透明部份亦不算多,但少食多滋味。

點了兩個午餐,再散叫小食和魚頭,每人大概$100,都幾抵食。質素只算不過不失,但服務超好。
