To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有見天氣逐漸轉涼, 一班好"食"之仕又係時後出沒, 之前"Xtv" 個" 有飯開" 節目介紹過美味廚, 姜皓文講到好好味, 佢7情上面個樣我仲好記得! 講番美味廚, 好彩我地一早Book左位, 7點多去到已經有好多人, 侍應介紹左我地一個新湯底, 話係原隻燉雞湯, 要$368 一個. 我們要了一個, 這個湯底表面平平無奇, 但燉雞湯的確香甜, 味道穠郁, 坊間近乎80%火鍋店都因成本問題一律用豬骨湯底, 燉雞湯底很少見。侍應切開隻雞後, 裡面原來有很多不同的辣椒, 辣椒味不停被湯底吸收, 真係好正, 它不是麻辣的辣, 而是香辣的辣。當吃這湯底是會發現這種辣是清徹很多, 完全麻辣的辣只麻痺舌頭。我們還點了一個火鍋串, 我覺得個idea 几好, 將d 火鍋料串成一串, 就好似串燒一樣, 食物自然會烹調得均渾些,同時亦方便客人撈起食物。e個食法值得推薦。
