五月第二個星期二晚上,天氣悶熱。下班後跟一群喜歡到處搜尋日本菜的朋友晚餐,這一次他們找到一家新開業,非常有特色的店-- 一家只賣燒酎,而且有多達70多款燒酎的居酒屋。走進店裡,已經被燒酎牆給震攝住,真的把大部份的燒酎放出來作裝飾,我們都已經在商量先點哪一支,最後決定先開瓶身特別的蕃薯燒酎。蕃薯燒酎的瓶身是著名動畫北斗之拳裡面的角色健次郎,配上其經典對白,跟光武酒造場聯乘推出的產品,店員講解喝燒酎跟清酒不一樣的地方是,燒酎會混著水或梳打水,或是暖水來喝,也可以只加冰塊。我們先試加水的方式,這燒酎真帶有淡淡的蕃薯味,非常有趣。燒物原來多達40幾款,先點一份午魚一夜干,午魚為馬友魚,一夜干為魚經過一夜風乾的做法,源自北海道漁夫保存鮮魚的方式。經過風乾的午魚微鹹中有鮮味,鹹香滿溢而且風味醇厚,不愧為下酒必點菜。牛三點拼盤有牛肝醬慕斯芝士,火灸韓式生牛肉及牛小排他他,火灸韓式生牛肉先把牛肉放在紫菜上,再淋上雞蛋黃一口吃,口感非常香滑,細緻分明。開始吃燒物,我們點了一瓶豊永藏麥燒酎,帶有花生味,口感怡人柔順,不愧為連續五年得獎的燒酎。頭一次試牛尾西京燒,牛尾充分吸收西京漬,味道香醇,跟麥燒酎非常搭

指薯芝士酒盜為一款名物,酒盜是用海參腸、魚內臟鹽辛半年以上的食物。店家的酒盜是以吞拿魚腸製成,佐以軟芝士跟馬鈴薯的鹹香綿密口感,佐以燒酎果然更加細滑香濃,真的不知不覺盜走了我們不少的酒。

最後就是蕃茄玉子燒牛,店員先把牛肉串淋上蛋漿,然後以火槍慢慢燒成一層玉子裹著牛肉的效果,入口滑溜香甜,是一道口感跟香味層次豐富的極品。
