今日來尖沙咀試下呢間雞串燒專門店,之後響日本就有食過,但香港就好少見有專門食燒鳥的舖頭,見到menu 好多不雞既不同部位可以食到,連雞冠都有得食。 店內環境好舒服,最啱同朋友仔來的一邊慢慢食,一邊慢慢傾下計,食下酒。🔸鏡山千秋龍脈300ML ($348) - 酒中有青蘋果香氣,中段有清爽嘅酸味同延至後段嘅旨味,洒體薄而輕身,係食燒串時的絕佳配搭。 🔸野菜條 ($30) - 日本椰菜和沙角,兩款都非常鮮甜又爽口,點麵豉醬或柚子胡椒一齊食,咸咸地甜甜地都好好味。🔸七味魚翅 ($78) - 呢款魚翅是魔鬼魚的魚翅,入口外表有點脆身,細嚼下有著爽脆的口感,同魚干的煙韌口感有明顯的不同,感覺特別,送酒必備🔸雞胸紫蘇葉($38) - 用紫蘇葉包住雞胸來燒,雞胸唔會燒到好柴,好juicy,配上帶有香氣的紫蘇葉來食,味道唔錯🔸煙燻華味鳥芝士 ($68) - 超級好食,由雞刺身煙燻過,再卷起cream cheese,入口細味,味道有如食緊煙三文魚,真係不得了,有咸香味,送酒一流🔸雞胸軟骨 ($38) - 鹽烤的風味嘗來特別甜嫩,口感有嚼勁,又係送酒之選🔸雞全翼($58) - 原隻雞翼雞翼外皮燒得酥
