To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友之前食過大讚，滿心期待，而且呢個visa餐仲要晨早打電話去搶先有，好似好很勁咁可能我哋食平餐嘅關係，被安排坐走廊位，人來人往，而且有這食客衣著甚為隨便，感覺不太像高級餐廳個餐$500，包括自助沙律吧，原價320，係全個餐中最貴。沙律吧最貴係貨色係煙三文魚同西班牙火腿，三文魚係厚切好味嘅但火腿好蘇，如果正價食真係食到反肚都未回本龍蝦湯原價220，只有一片薄薄嘅龍蝦肉，過咸，罐頭湯feel西冷，原價220，無咩調味，自己超市買有扒煎都好味過佢。有六隻芥辣選擇，揀咗松露芥辣，幾特別，反而side dish嘅薯蓉全餐最好味甜品最失望，成個拳頭咁大嘅實的的芝士蛋糕，想飽死人咩，每人只食到四分一，有無啲精緻啲㗎咁嘅價錢，絕對有better choice無下次
