曾經為燒鵝一哥嘅鏞記,已經淪為遊客樂園,燒鵝和叉燒水準不再,服務相當麻麻,連最基本嘅茶都沖唔好。當然,有些點心仍然是相當不錯,例如銀絲雙蝦脆春卷、黑鬃鵝絲焗酥盒,都是頂級。反而相當不便宜的蝦餃和燒賣則很普通。想起當年在VIP房吃的驚艷菜式、頂級紅酒,真的是差天共地。
