To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

啱啱搞掂嗰碟辣嘅炸墨魚嘴，真係脆啲一啲! 粒粒都炸到金黃色，夠晒香口😋。而家嘅八爪魚軍艦，雖然紫菜包得有啲乸拜，但家陣滿口嘅芥辣香氣，唔單止辛辣刺激，連八爪魚嘅爽脆質感都鮮味十足。掂掂口水，先嚟個牛肋骨。雖然睇落乾巴巴，但燒香嘅牛味覺得值得一試。再黎個芝士鰻魚卷，呢個就真係贏晒，芝士同鰻魚完美撞擊，層次豐富到不得了。🧀點都少不了，試下朗朗上口嘅三文魚腩，每一啖都帶嚟柔軟嫩滑，幾乎溶喺口兜！Simple竟咁好食，與炙燒黑椒三文魚嚟個對比，發現後者嘅香氣更濃郁，嗰種輕微辛辣，簡直絕配。變節嘅炙燒黑椒蠔，味道靚但唔夾，獨立食可能佢更上鏡。😬 但辛辣三文魚腩就大大滿足左我對辣嘅需求，魚油香濃，略帶酒香嘅炙燃感覺。嚟到失望嘅時刻，炸蝦卷喺我心中跌落神壇。蝦身同外皮分離，口感失去戰線。不過，聽日又係新一日，舊的不去，新的不來，下次再揀成熟嘅選項啦! 🍣
