Restaurant: 生記滷味

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

爸爸帶我去食豬耳食滷味

睇「大四」前夕，去左紅磡搵野食。爸爸話不如食滷味，當然無問題~ ^_^因為我地一行4人，一坐低老闆就介紹我地叫半隻滷水鵝，再叫其他外賣小食~ 結果就叫左半隻鵝、一隻豬手、一條豬腸，好好味！隻鵝唔肥又好淋又唔鞋，隻豬手好多肉又好大食，條豬腸都好好味！總括而言，如果唔係住得遠，我會係常客之一。除左叫「送」，仲有碟頭飯架，好抵食啊！
