To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今年是爸爸的60歲生日飯,順道睇下家姐明年10月的結婚場地,我們入到望下餐牌己選了松葉蟹拑.鮑魚6人餐金裝併盤:叉燒.炸豆腐.叉燒:既有蜜汁味又燒得燶燶地,肉質又夠鬆化,好好味道,豆腐麻麻地唔夠滑又無豆味.燒肉的板脆脆的,肉鹹鹹的也不錯紅糟爆象拔蚌:象拔蚌尚算爽口,脆肉瓜唔會炒得過淋,只是那個紅糟汁完全沒有味道,瓜當然都吸收唔到味道,全晚比較失色的一道菜上素津白包:伴碟是小棠菜,油白包是生菜包住冬菇和豬肉,清清地幾好味道百花炸鑲蟹拑:吃時熱騰騰,蟹肉夠彈牙,超讚.沙律是用了木瓜和哈蜜瓜,兩者同樣鮮甜,這道菜式是全晚最喜歡清蒸大海班:大海斑有兩款,蒸得唔會過火,魚肉ok的脆皮黃油雞,無乜肉又超鹹,雞味當然欠奉,唔好味道原隻鮑魚花菇,味道唔差的,個獻唔會勁厚,花菇夠厚身有菇味.鮑魚好細隻,用刀叉切兩下就食完,炆得夠淋,唔會好難咬開元貝燴生翅:生翅唔多覺眼,唔會煮到好杰.夠熱,好味過街邊碗仔翅生炒糯米臘味飯,唔好食,唔夠乾身炒得幾濕,料也唔夠香,普普通通木耳紅棗糖水,無乜味道的,得個甜字麻沙糍,幾好味的,似擂沙湯圓,個人認為唔要花生仲好因為坐位排得幾加上樓底矮密有點侷促,服務少人時比較好,多
