一家人預早慶祝父親節,就去左老爸去開嘅飯堂試一試。先點了一份椒鹽鮮魷魚試一試,上枱時熱氣騰騰,要先等一等,以免太熱氣,鮮魷魚外表有點白,不像坊間加得太多粉,仍可保持白色的外表,而且相當香口,咬落雖有咬口,但仍然可以輕易咬開,不會太韌,亦保留了鮮味。然後是京香片皮鴨,有片胸皮、胸肉及鴨腿肉,份量適合4人份量左右,亦有配上京蔥,青瓜、黃麵醬與薄餅進食,鴨肉較實,較瘦,亦可保留點點的油份,岩曬怕肥嘅我地進食。金銀蒜粉絲蒸娃娃菜即是我個人最愛,粉絲及娃娃菜吸收曬蒜蓉的精華,簡直是下飯神器。人均百多元,作為父親節飯簡直超值。
