今日同朋友去咗東薈城行街,行完見到呢一間片皮鴨做緊特價,上網見到片皮鴨有好多特色配料。所以就入咗去。馳名烤鴨 必叫佢同傳統嘅片皮鴨有啲唔同,除咗有甜醬,青瓜,白蔥之外佢仲有爆炸糖,藍莓醬,山楂餅,自家製芥末。肉質幾林,而且咬落去多汁。塊皮都好薄,師傅分咗唔同部位放啲片皮鴨。所以有啲咬落去油香好重,一咬啲油標晒出嚟。有啲就係薄薄地嘅鴨皮下面有一大塊鴨肉,配合啲特色醬汁,好滿足。京式小籠包四個包子裡面裝滿熱騰騰嘅湯汁同肉餡,一口咬落去,湯汁爆曬出黎,皮薄餡多,正!冰梅小肉排 特色係一個好特色嘅菜,小肉排外脆內嫩,配上酸酸甜甜嘅冰梅醬汁,味道清新開胃,而且佢上面有少少脆皮黃心番薯,非常特色!櫻花蝦海皇炒飯炒飯有鑊氣,櫻花蝦鮮甜多汁火候啱啱好唔會太乾櫻花蝦唔會太硬,而且啲飯粒粒分明。 紅棗雪耳羮女性恩物,我估佢嘅湯底係少少薑汁所以食落去小小辛口,不過紅棗中和左所以整體淡淡嘅甜味,幾健康! 整體價錢性價比高,服務都唔錯,值得一試。
