中意食牛又中意食串燒的朋友，一定不可以錯過這間位於銅鑼灣專食牛的日式串燒店！他們的串燒大多數都是牛的不同部位！坐低後店員為我們送上前菜，用上新鮮蔬果點上味噌醬食，紅蘿蔔、青瓜口感爽脆，點上味噌醬食，有種開胃的感覺！橫格肌set，這個set共有4串不同味道的橫格肌，分別有蒜香、黑燒、蜜糖芥末和wasabi！橫格肌本身肉質鬆軟juicy，蒜香味道有香濃的蔥花和蒜蓉的味道！黑燒味道是燒肉醬加上芝麻，而蜜糖芥末食落甜甜辣辣！我最愛是wasabi味，用上新鮮芥末粒，食落嗆鼻，非常刺激味蕾！月見免治牛肉棒，平時食雞的月見棒就多，第一次食牛肉製成的牛肉棒，食落好有牛的香味，點上蛋汁，口感更滑溜！咸牛肉燒飯團，第一次食咸牛肉的燒飯團，估唔到咁好食！飯團燒到脆卜卜，咸牛肉味道咸香，加上脆口的紫菜，非常惹味！無花果酒，我餐試了他們自家製的無花果酒，飲落有淡淡的無花果香，好特別！
