To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假出左旺角行街，行到累又落雨諗唔到食咩好近近地係創興到睇下有咩餐廳，醒起有人提起話去盈館食小菜唔錯就上左去。上到去點左以下幾款。✡️ 啫啫肉碎芥蘭煲～肉碎和蝦乾幾香口，芥蘭好爽脆。✡️ 燒汁牛仔骨煲～呢個有驚喜，牛仔骨肉位夠淋，邊邊筋位幾好味，每夠都沾滿燒汁甜甜地幾正。✡️ 明爐叉燒皇例牌～叉燒都幾厚切，肥瘦剛好，肉質軟腍。✡️ 杞子桂花糕～清甜Q 彈✡️ 蓮蓉蛋黃桃包～蓮蓉唔太甜，味道正常發揮。茶位$ 15一個人，花生 $15。
