To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

田記魚蛋牛腩專門店🐮今日想平平哋食餐地道嘢，所以決定食呢間粉麵檔！😆😆我哋每人嗌咗一碗湯麵，包括係金牌牛腩拼牛筋河🐮 $65 同埋 招牌魚蛋米加紫菜🐟 $47！望到佢哋呢度牛腩牛筋都好出名，所以先決定加$20雙拼，牛腩牛筋都整得好入味😋😋，加上佢哋嘅粉麵份量非常之多，就算係超級大隻嘅人都唔使怕食唔飽！🤰🏻🫄🏼🫃🏻至於魚蛋米粉就當然一定要加腩汁啦，加埋紫菜索晒個湯冇得彈啊！😍😍除咗每人嗌咗一碗麵之外，見好耐冇飲過紫菜湯，所以今次都嗌咗一碗紫菜湯 $15🥣，都幾大碗幾多紫菜，算幾足料！😍飲品方面，只要嗌任何湯麵，都可以加$8換購豆漿或者其他飲品，我哋就叫咗凍檸茶🍹同埋豆漿🥛～
