To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日大朝早,為了迎接充實的一天,要吃一份充滿體力的早餐。牛尾湯扭紋粉,這個牛尾湯底味道有點像羅宋湯,但由於加了牛肉碎,令整個湯底有點羶味,卻找不到牛尾在裡面,但味道OK. 扭紋粉就煮既時間剛好,算唔錯。煎雙蛋配餐包,雙蛋煎到半熟,蛋黃有流心,食得出隻蛋係幾新鮮。餐包就配牛油,令餐包甜甜地之餘增加一份滑溜感,坦白講餐包比多士及蘿蔔糕好食,實屬無選錯。
