四種口味,個人最欣賞蔥燒,濃郁的香蔥味遇上滿溢的牛脂,將爽彈的橫格肌肉質賦予了更厚重的肉慾感,與味蕾的纏綿甚是曖昧!也在此時,將純米大吟釀清酒一杯而乾盡!

將日式串燒居酒屋的地道文化搬到香港,牛惣可謂是一間非常有心的餐廳!整體食物質素之高,環境之舒適優美,實在是讓人留下深刻而美好的印記!
